Who We Are

Sol merchandise is an independently run business started by Sol and managed by a small team led by Sol. Our goal is to provide high-quality goods and timely customer service. All merchandise sold have been designed by Sol's close friends to make sure that they embody what the music and message represent. Below are answers to a few frequently asked questions, as well as the email address if there are any questions that remain unanswered. We appreciate all of your support!

Returns & Exchanges

Return Guidelines

We will accept a return for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Only items in re-sellable condition may be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival. Music may only be returned if they remained unopened or damaged or defective upon arrival.

*Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non refundable and within the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made by shipping the product back to the Sol Music address. Please attach a letter with your order info, order #, and contact info. Once we receive product you will receive an email regarding your new item(s).

Damaged Goods

Defective and/or damaged merchandise due to shipping must be reported within 30 days of purchase or will no longer be accepted. Please notify by email and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is wrong. We will gladly replace goods.

Shipping

Domestic (within the US) orders usually take 3-5 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Just because you receive an email saying your item was shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it just means the order was processed for shipment. Your order will be processed and sent to our fulfillment area to be fulfilled as fast as possible. Orders usually take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped.

International (outside the US) orders usually take 7-10 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Your order will be processed and sent to our fulfillment area to be fulfilled as fast as possible. Orders usually take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note tracking numbers are not available for international orders.
